Bask in different forms of the arts at the 40th annual Artscape at locations along Mount Royal Avenue, North Chares Street and North Howard Street this weekend.  The free outdoor festival features concerts, visual arts, comedy, literature, films and more. Headliners performing at the Main Stage at Mount Royal Station include the Queen of Funk Chaka Khan, the Queen of Percussion Sheila E. and Al Anderson lead guitarsit for Bob Marley and the Wailers. Food and drink options can be found nearby along Mount Vernon and Station North.  Festival hours are Friday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Artscape is sponsored by the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts and the city of Baltimore. artscape.org
