Ongoing: Defenders’ Day
Learn about the brave soldiers, sailorsa and civilians that held off a British Invation at Defenders’ Day weekend at Fort McHenry National Monument & Historic Shrine, 2400 East Fort Avenue. Highlights include a parade through Locust Point, living history with reneactors and a musical performance by the Army Field & Soldiers’ Chorus with fireworks afterwards. Admission to the Star Fort is $15 for adults and free for children 15-and-under.
