In honor of National Police Week and Peace Officers Memorial Day, Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly, along with representatives of the Maryland State Police, Bel Air, and Havre de Grace Police Departments, as well as other local dignitaries, gathered for a wreath-laying ceremony on Monday morning. The ceremony, held at the Harford County Government Offices in Bel Air, honored those men and women who have died or were disabled in the line of duty.
